Thanksgiving

For the past few years my husband and I have been the host for Thanksgiving. We have a very small house but we always seem to make it work! This year we used one long table instead of two tables pushed together. The idea was to have more space in the living room, but it did not work quite as well as it should have….. oh well there is always next year!

The table was decorated with a light gray table cloth, black rounded square plates, green patterned napkins (which I sewed for my BFF’s Bridal shower earlier this year), small cubes filled with copper/ brown cymbidium orchids and a few taper candles. There are two styles of the candles holders; a set of two three stacked crystal cubes were a very generous wedding gift from a client/friend while the other glass modern style candle holders were a Thank you gift for judging a floral competition.

I have to say I truly loved my table this year!!
