Earthy Purple Wedding Flowers

Purple is always a very popular color for wedding flowers. I like it, it has a regal elegant feel and can have a very elegant touch. This wedding was a more rustic inspiration with the use of vines and very textural flowers and even foliage!

The bride carried a hand tied bouquet created from various colors of stock, Picasso mini calla lilies, open roses with touches of fillers such as statice, misty blue and seeded eucalyptus. The handle was covered in a grey ribbon and accented with vines and paper covered bind wire for a very textural woodsy feel. I really liked the stem treatment! It added a lot of depth, texture and movement which enhanced the whole feel!

The groom wore a Picasso mini calla lily while the rest of the men in the bridal party wore the deep plum (or black) mini calla lilies.

The Mothers also wore black mini calla lilies on purple bracelets.

The bridesmaids carried a bouquet similar to the brides without the calla lilies and smaller in size. The same stem treatment was applied.

For the head table a low cascade arrangement was created on site to focus on the bride and groom. (we created prior to the room being decorated but it still looked beautiful!
